Are you an expert in technical accounting, who enjoys keeping on top of statutory regulations and ensuring great governance occurs?
We are looking for a new Principal Technical Accountant to manage, supervise and coordinate a Finance team. You will ensure services are delivered in accordance with the relevant statutory requirements.
You will be a qualified Chartered Accountant with management and leadership experience.
You will have the opportunity to act as the Deputy Chief Finance Officer, supporting the officer responsible for the administration of the financial affairs of the authority in accordance with section 151 of the Local Government Act 1972.

15. Knowledge and experience in using Microsoft 365/Office.
