Job Description
3. Managing a varied residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to completion.
4. Advising clients on all aspects of property sales, purchases and remortgages.
5. Supervising where needed other team members
6. Liaising effectively with clients, agents, lenders and other solicitors to ensure smooth transactions.
7. Maintaining a proactive and solution-focused approach to client service.
8. Supporting continuous improvement within the team and contributing to the firm's trusted reputation.
The Successful Applicant
