Role Overview: Hire Controller
We are seeking a full time Hire Controller who will support the team in all aspects of the day to day running of a busy event hire depot. They will always demonstrate excellent customer service and ensure administration processes are both accurate and timely.
We would be happy to hear from individuals who have Hire Controller experience or people with a solid administrative and customer service background to start as an Assistant Hire Controller.
About The Role
Key Responsibilities
* Provide first class customer service
* Prepare quotations, pro forma invoices, hire contracts and any other necessary correspondence
* Handle and record customer enquiries and source new business
* Follow up quotations and enquiries
* Follow up deposit payments and ensure funds are received prior to delivery of equipment
* Maintain accurate and up to date records
Skills and Experience
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Strong attention to detail
* Able to multi-task and prioritise busy workload
* Numerate
* IT literate in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and Outlook)
* Experience as a Hire Controller or similar in the hire/events industry is a distinct advantage
