Role: Account Manager (Business Development) Location: Spondon, Derby Salary: £30k – £40k basic (DOE) plus uncapped OTE £60k – £80k Contract: Permanent Hours of work: Monday - Friday | 8:30am – 5:30pm What You’ll Be Doing: Engage with client representatives via phone, email and meetings. Maintain and update CRM systems with client interactions and project statuses. Keep client records accurate, including contact details and profiles. Follow up on submitted quotes to gather feedback and ensure satisfaction. Attend and participate in client meetings alongside Key Account Managers. Provide administrative support for tender submissions (case studies, accreditations, quality submissions). Monitor procurement portals to identify opportunities and generate leads. Develop periodic content and communications for key account segments. Attend and support industry-specific shows and exhibitions. Assist the Sales team with administrative tasks and ad-hoc duties.
