About The Role
We are looking for an organised HR Admin to help us continue to provide top level support to the company. You will be providing administrative support to the Head of HR and the team and will be involved in a variety of tasks including keeping all records, matrices and databases up to date, taking care of company benefits administration, drafting letters and forms, assisting with recruitment administration and providing assistance in all HR related matters including note taking for meetings. You will also be involved in project work. To succeed in this role, motivation and determination are essential as well as being able to prioritise and organise a busy workload. You will closely and under the direction of the Head of HR. This is a great starting role for someone keen to have a career in HR.
Key Responsibilities
* Looking after company benefits and producing all necessary documentation
* Assisting with Recruitment admin including ordering uniforms, making badges, inputting new starters into our database and helping to keep our Recruitment pages up to date
* Preparing HR/Payroll letters and forms
* Processing reference requests
* Maintaining excellent record keeping, ensuring employee data is up to date and completed in full including matrices and databases
* Producing reports on lateness, sickness, headcount and turnover
* Research for HR projects
* Filing, photocopying, scanning
* Ad hoc tasks as required by Head of HR
About You
You are highly organised and have the ability to work in a busy environment with the capability of keeping track of multiple priorities with different timelines. You have good verbal and written communication with and excellent eye for detail and understand the importance of accuracy. A good understand of MS Office programs e.g. Word, Excel and PowerPoint is essential and ideally you have administrative experience gained in a similar environment. To succeed in this role, an appreciation of the importance of confidentiality is essential as well as being professional and taking a positive approach to work. Ultimately this is a great opportunity to gain knowledge and experience working in a diverse HR environment as we will support your development in this role through coaching and training and there will be opportunity to get involved in wider projects.
Ideal candidates will Ideally be CIPD Level 3 qualified or equivalent, have employment law knowledge, excellent communication and time management skills, attention to detail, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. Flexibility and a professional attitude are essential.
