Responsibilities:
- Assist the Manager in overseeing daily operations and managing staff
- Ensure the delivery of high-quality care and support services to clients
- Coordinate and supervise medication administration
- Collaborate with social workers to develop and implement care plans
- Monitor budgeting and financial aspects of the facility
- Conduct regular assessments to ensure compliance with regulations and standards
- Handle any escalated issues or concerns from clients or staff
Skills:
- Strong leadership and management abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in budgeting and financial acumen
- Knowledge of home care regulations and procedures
- Familiarity with medication administration protocols
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
