Our fantastic client is looking for a Qualified Solicitor with ideally 3 years PQE for the residential property sector. The role is a hybrid position but will report into their offices in Farnborough and would suit a fee earner who can manage multiple cases simultaneously.
Your duties in the role would be as follows
* Provide expert legal advice to clients on all aspects of residential property law.
* Manage the full lifecycle of residential property transactions, including sales, purchases, leases, and remortgages.
* Draft and review legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and transfer deeds.
* Conduct thorough due diligence and property searches to identify any potential issues.
* Liaise with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth transactions.
* Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and regulatory requirements throughout the process
* Maintain accurate records and documentation in accordance with firm policies.
* Stay updated on changes in property law and industry best practices.
