Director, International Sales – Orthopaedics (Europe & IMEA) Location: Can be based anywhere in Europe (flexible, with travel across assigned regions) About the Role: Our client is looking for a dynamic and results-driven International Sales Director to lead and grow their orthopaedic business across Europe and IMEA (India, Middle East, Africa). This role combines strategic leadership with hands-on execution, driving market expansion, distributor management, product launches, and surgeon engagement. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute strategic product and market plans to achieve growth targets Lead product launches, commercialization, and training initiatives for surgeons and distributors Build and maintain relationships with key distributors, surgeons, and cross-functional internal teams Identify and develop new business opportunities and market segments Provide technical and clinical expertise to support product adoption and revenue growth What We’re Looking For: Proven experience in orthopaedic arthroplasty (hip and/or knee) Strong track record in international sales, distributor management, and market expansion Experience in product launches, commercialization, and surgeon education Excellent leadership, communication, and presentation skills Willingness to travel across Europe and IMEA Ready to Take the Next Step?
