Job Purpose:
To become a key member of the Cellcoat brand team as a sales professional with the ability to generate high-value leads for major laminating equipment and manage the end-to-end sales pipeline. You will play a crucial role in driving growth by identifying potential leads and, essentially, managing the sales process to ensure the Founder's technical expertise is converted into closed deals through relentless follow-up and rigorous CRM management.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead Generation & Strategy: Develop and implement effective lead generation strategies to attract and engage prospects within target manufacturing industries.
* Pipedrive Management: Take full ownership of Pipedrive, ensuring every lead, contact, and deal stage is recorded accurately and updated in real-time.
* Founder Partnership: Work closely with the Founder/Inventor to prepare for client meetings, document outcomes, and drive the "sales end" of the pipeline to completion.
* Relentless Follow-up: Maintain constant communication with leads to move them through the sales funnel, addressing inquiries and removing administrative friction.
* Strategic Qualification: Research and qualify leads through strategic questioning to assess fit before involving the technical sales team.
* Performance Analysis: Track and analyze pipeline metrics within Pipedrive to optimize conversion rates and identify bottlenecks.
Reporting & Accountability:
* KPI Submission: Timely reporting of key results and activity metrics.
* Performance Tracking: Continuous recording of performance against agreed machine sales targets.
* One Key Number: Total number of qualified leads generated and pipeline movement.
* Budget Delivery: Working as part of the team to deliver on annual revenue budgets.

Qualifications and Key Characteristics:
* Experience: Proven experience in B2B lead generation, sales, or business development, ideally within capital equipment.
* CRM Mastery: High proficiency in Pipedrive or similar CRM software with a discipline for data integrity.
* Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to manage internal stakeholders and external clients.
* Mindset: A results-driven mindset with excellent problem-solving abilities.

Salary:
* £35k per year Plus Commission.
Holiday Entitlement:
