💼 Key Responsibilities
👥 Support & Empowerment - Provide a high-quality social work service that supports individuals and communities to achieve their goals.
🧭 Needs Assessment - Work collaboratively with children, families, and partners to identify needs and create effective plans to meet them.
🛡️ Safeguarding - Act on behalf of vulnerable children and families to protect their health, safety, and wellbeing.
📂 Caseload Management - Manage and prioritise a designated caseload, ensuring timely and effective interventions.
💬 Leadership & Guidance - Offer professional advice, leadership, and expertise to empower others and drive positive outcomes.
🤝 Relationship Building - Build and sustain trusting relationships with children, families, and community partners.
📢 Advocacy - Represent and champion the needs of vulnerable people, ensuring their voices are heard and respected.
