Role Description:
Based in Stansted, Essex, a young and dynamic business are looking to add another new member to their team. Established in 2014, they have seen year on year growth ever since. Specialising in large format print and design, they are driven by the need to create the most memorable stands and graphics in the industry, with the client in mind every step of the way. They are currently looking to appoint a Mid-Weight graphic Artwork Designer. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and delivering high-quality design solutions for various projects.
They will need to be able to work with 2D design tools to create visual concepts, designs, and layouts that meet our clients' needs. As a Graphic/Artwork Designer, you will be responsible for creating and delivering high-quality design solutions for a multitude of projects. The ideal candidate will ideally be able to work with both 2D and/or 3D design tools to create visual concepts and designs that meet the need of clients and customers. Key Responsibilities:
* Create and deliver design solutions that meet the briefs provided by clients, ensuring that all designs are of high quality, accurate, and on-brand.
* Use a range of 2D design software, including Adobe Creative Suite.
* Work closely with the design team, project managers, production, and other stakeholders to ensure that all projects are delivered on time and to a high standard.
* Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritising tasks and meeting deadlines.
* Stay current with design trends and best practices and bring new ideas and approaches to the team.
* Communicate effectively with team members, clients, and other stakeholders to ensure that all requirements are understood and delivered.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in design, art, or related field.
* At least 2 years of experience working in a design-related role, preferably in an agency environment.
* Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
* Not required but ideally, basic 3D skills, including experience with SketchUp or Cinema4D
* Strong attention to detail, with the ability to produce accurate, error-free work.
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
* Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
* Creative problem-solving skills, with the ability to think outside the box.
