We are looking for a motivated and reliable Finance Apprentice to join our office based team in Oldham. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to start their career in finance and business administration. You’ll gain valuable hands-on experience supporting the finance team with a variety of tasks while studying towards a recognised finance or business qualification.
And as a Finance Apprentice with Jordon Group you’ll do it by
* Posting and processing purchase invoices accurately into the finance system
* Assisting with the checking of employee timesheets for accuracy and completeness
* Supporting the finance team with general administrative duties
* Assisting with data entry, filing, and document management
* Liaising with internal departments to support finance-related queries
* Helping with ad hoc tasks and projects as required by the team
What does it take?
If you’re ready to be the energy that helps us build our business, share our success, and really own it as a Finance apprentice, you’ll need
* A keen interest in starting a career in finance and business administration
* Good attention to detail and accuracy
* Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage time effectively
* Basic IT skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Excel and Outlook
* A proactive and positive attitude, with a willingness to learn
* GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths Grade 4/C or above preferred
Working arrangements
In this role, the successful candidate would be required to work from the office located in Oldham Manchester. Full time hours 40 per week. Monday-Friday 8..00am to -5.00pm.
