EYFS Teacher Responsibilities
* Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and developmentally appropriate lessons in line with the EYFS framework.
* Create a stimulating and supportive learning environment that fosters curiosity, creativity, and independence.
* Use observations and assessments to track children’s progress and tailor learning experiences accordingly.
* Foster a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere that supports children's social and emotional well-being.
* Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure a high-quality EYFS provision across the school.
* Build strong relationships with parents and guardians, providing regular updates on children’s progress.
* Participate in staff meetings, professional development sessions, and school-wide events.
EYFS Teacher Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field.
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
* Experience teaching in Early Years, particularly in Nursery or Reception.
* Strong knowledge of the EYFS framework and best practices in early childhood education.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to adapt teaching strategies to support a range of learning needs.
* A team-oriented approach and willingness to contribute to the wider school community.
* Commitment to continuous professional development in Early Years education.
