Join Our Team as a Mobile Domestic & Lifestyle Assistant at McCarthy Stone!

Location: Covering Knutsford and surrounding areas. You must have a valid UK driving licence at the point of application to be considered.
Hours: 35 hours per week
Hourly rate: £12.24 per hour + Travel expenses covered and up to an additional £1.30 for working evening and weekend hours
Domestic Assistant Responsibilities:
* Providing domestic support and housekeeping, including weekly homeowner apartment cleans, laundry services, and communal area cleaning.
* Supporting in the Bistro or Restaurant.
* Opportunities for overtime within nearby developments.
* Potential to develop skills and train further to become a Duty Manager if desired.
Skills and Experience:
* A caring personality with a desire to make a positive difference in people's lives.
* Experience in domestic cleaning or in customer care/service roles in environments such as health & social care, hospitality, retail, or caring for a family member.
* Excellent attention to detail and high standards of cleanliness.
* Considerate, patient, and professional demeanor.
* Clear and confident communication skills.
* Friendly and approachable attitude.
* Hardworking, diligent, with good time management.
* Ability to provide personalized support to residents, enhancing their retirement living experience.
