This is a pivotal on‑site role with responsibility for delivering accurate financial reporting, driving strong internal controls and supporting operational decision‑making across a busy, fast‑paced environment. As Management Accountant, you will oversee key daily, weekly and month‑end processes while leading and developing a small finance team. Working closely with the Financial Controller, you’ll act as a trusted partner across the site, ensuring financial integrity and enabling continuous improvement. You will be a qualified or finalist accountant (CIMA/ACA/ACCA), confident in producing high‑quality reporting and comfortable influencing stakeholders at all levels.
