On Grid Infrastructure Services, LLC is currently seeking several experienced Electro Mechanical Technicians for various day and night shifts for our manufacturing customer in Ripon, WI. They are a very stable and successful manufacturing operation and while fast paced, the do provide you with the rules and direction and surround you with a team that will help ensure you are successful. Standard Work Hours:
* Shift work - 3 shifts: M-Th-5am-3pm; 3pm -1am; Weekend Nights F-Su 4pm – 4am;
Compensation
* Hourly Rate: $35.90 to $40.03, commensurate with experience and qualifications
* Possible Sign-On Bonus: $5,000 upon successful hiring
* Shift Differential: $3.25/hr

Responsibilities:
* Design minor electrical circuits and test and troubleshoot electrical, PLC, and electronic circuits used for machine and equipment control.
* Troubleshoot hydraulic and pneumatic circuits.
* Install electrical and electronic controls on machines and equipment by reading and interpreting schematics or blueprints.
* Have knowledge of electrical power and water distribution systems.
* Perform basic mechanical repairs.
* Perform the work of lower-class identifications and potentially direct their work.
* Dismantle electrical machinery and replace defective parts such as brushes and armatures.
* Install and monitor the performance of electrical equipment for hazards, adjustments, or replacements.
* Interpret blueprints, sketches, or verbal instructions.
* Lay out, assemble, install, test, repair, and adjust electrical fixtures, apparatus, equipment, wiring, and services including panels, breakers, and conduit.
* Mount motors, transformers, and lighting fixtures, completing circuits per diagram specifications.
* Perform repairs, installations, replacements, and testing of electrical circuits and equipment using appropriate tools and instruments.
* Perform various tasks as directed by the Group Leader.
Qualifications:
* Two-year Associate degree and 2-4 years’ work experience.
* Ability to use a computer to search for parts and enter work into a CMMS.
Job Requirements:
* Standing for long periods, sitting, manual dexterity, stooping, bending.
* Passing a pre-employment physical including a baseline test of lifting at least 50 pounds.
* Passing a pre-employment drug screen and background check.

Must Have:

* Knowledge of electrical power and water distribution systems.
* Basic mechanical repair skills.
* Ability to interpret blueprints, sketches, or verbal instructions.
