* Logging all maintenance activities accurately, including time, parts, and costs.
* Building strong relationships with guests and owners by addressing maintenance concerns promptly.
* Providing your team with the necessary tools and resources.
* Maintaining holiday homes, buildings, and grounds to the highest standards.
* Supporting recruitment, training, and ensuring safety and compliance with regulations.
