Hours of Work: Full Time/Part Time (minimum 30 hours per week)
As a Quantity Surveyor, you will be at the heart of our operations, delivering exceptional services in cost management, quantity surveying, and construction project management. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve preparing accurate cost estimates, managing budgets, conducting site visits, and liaising with clients and contractors to ensure project outcomes are met efficiently and effectively. You will not only be managing costs but also contributing to innovative solutions for some of the most exciting projects across the East of England and beyond.
Quantity Surveyor Requirements:
RICS accreditation or equivalent level of experience in Quantity Surveying/Construction Project Management.
Minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role with a Consultancy in the built environment sector.Strong analytical and numerical skills, with attention to detail.
Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects concurrently.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with clients and stakeholders.Quantity Surveyor Benefits:
