We're seeking a qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA) with 1-2 years post-qualified experience, who thrives on turning numbers into insight and wants to play a key role in shaping business performance.
What You'll Be Doing:
In this hands-on, commercially focused role, you'll be responsible for the full spectrum of management accounting, while influencing strategic decision-making across the business.
Key responsibilities include:
Full Ownership of Monthly Management Accounts - from preparation to insight delivery.
Commercial Reporting - design and implement new reporting suites that unlock business value.
Sales & Margin Analysis - deep-dive into routes to market and profitability across divisions.
Forecasting & Budgeting - lead product-level forecasting and support the annual budget process.
Cash Flow Management - produce accurate weekly forecasts to drive working capital decisions.
Business Partnering - build strong relationships with the SLT, sales, and product teams, bringing strategic ideas to life.
Contract Monitoring - ensure pricing and margins align with business expectations, challenging deviations and driving accountability.
Data-Driven Decision Support - work closely with Financial Reporting to resolve pricing issues and enhance reporting accuracy.
What We're Looking For:
Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA) with 1-2 years PQE.
Strong background in management accounting with a commercial edge.
Analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into actionable insights.
A natural communicator with the confidence to influence stakeholders at all levels.
