leading retailers & fast moving consumer goods (FMCG) companies, many of whom are currently looking to streamline operations and incorporate automated solutions into their retail footprint. We’ve recently launched white label projects with some of the world’s largest global businesses (PepsiCo, Coca-Cola, Vodafone, Huel, COOK) - Consulting with clients to develop bespoke hardware / software solutions that integrate seamlessly into their existing infrastructure.
Having doubled our installed machine base during 2024 the business is looking to recruit an experienced Customer Relationship Manager. Manage existing client accounts – Build strong connections with the company’s client base with the aim of retaining, developing and growing relationships.
Lead negotiations on client retention – Reviewing past performance and putting together compelling proposals that ensure our client satisfaction & retention.
Proven experience in client account management.
Experience in contract catering / facilities management settings would be particularly interesting but not essential.
Must be adept and comfortable at managing high profile and complex projects, with multiple internal and client stakeholders.
Outstanding relationship management skills.
Highly motivated, proactive, dedicated and creative.
Predominately M-F between 9-5:30pm but occasional evening work attending events.
