Customer Service Executive
Salary:£24,000 £26,000 (reviewed after 6 months)
Hours:37.5 per week, flexible between 9:00am 5:30pm
Location:Office-based with flexibility when required

Key Responsibilities
* Handling customer enquiries via telephone, email, and Whats- app
* Managing requests including processing orders, providing product advice, and tracking parcels
* Ensuring customer service standards are consistently high and in line with company policies
* General administrative support and participation in project work
