Pay Rate: £13.75 to £14.50 per hour (depending on experience)

Role Responsibilities:
As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will:
* Provide tailored 1:1 and small group support to pupils with a range of special educational needs including ASD, ADHD, speech and language difficulties, and SEMH.
* Implement effective strategies to support learning, emotional regulation, and social development.
* Work closely with the class teacher, SENCO, and pastoral team to ensure inclusive access to the curriculum.
* Contribute to the creation of a positive and engaging learning environment.
* Support pupils with EHCPs and help monitor progress against individual targets.
The Ideal Candidate:
We’re looking for someone who:
* Has experience supporting children with SEN in a primary school setting.
* Holds a Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent).
* Demonstrates a calm, patient, and consistent approach to behaviour management.
* Is confident delivering interventions and adapting strategies to meet individual needs.
* Has excellent communication skills and builds strong relationships with pupils, staff, and families.
* Holds an up-to-date DBS on the Update Service (or is willing to apply for one).
