The Role You will provide 1:1 and small group support for students with SEN, which may include: Autism (ASD), ADHD, and SEMH needs Supporting students with EAL (English as an Additional Language) Adapting learning materials and support strategies to suit individual needs Promoting engagement, confidence and independence Supporting behaviour positively using encouragement and positive reinforcement Working closely with teachers, SENCO, and parents/carers to support progress What We're Looking For (Essential) Minimum 6 months classroom-based experience in the UK A calm, empathetic and resilient approach Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships Available to start immediately Desirable Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply) Experience supporting ASD/ADHD/SEMH and/or EAL learners Team Teach or de-escalation training (beneficial, not essential) Why This School?
