Role Description
We are thrilled to announce the opportunity for an inspiring and proactive leader with a proven track record in assessing, teaching, and managing a dynamic learning and development centre, such as City & Guilds, from start-up through to growth stages.

We are looking for a commercially minded, results-driven professional ready to leave a lasting impact. This role is predominantly home-based, with some office presence and travel to support our services and learners in their workplaces.
The ideal candidate will possess extensive expertise in key learning and development functions, including internal quality assurance. You will excel in designing and delivering innovative training programmes, including blended learning solutions, leveraging both in-house resources and external partnerships. Your ability to manage and facilitate diverse training and development programmes and qualifications across various formats - whether in-person, virtual or hybrid will be essential.
You will be an experienced manager within a centre affiliated with City & Guilds or other equivalent, with comprehensive knowledge of training from a health and children’s workforce and social care. A deep understanding of the key stakeholders within this sector is crucial.
Desirable: Experience working as a team leader or manager in residential children’s homes is a significant asset.
