At Delta Live, we pride ourselves on pushing the boundaries of live production and creating unforgettable experiences for audiences worldwide. As part of a larger International group of companies, we continue to invest in our people, our processes, and our capability to deliver at the highest level.
We’re looking for a Warehouse Manager who doesn’t just “keep things moving”… but actively raises standards, improves systems, and drives operational performance.
This is a pivotal leadership role at the heart of our delivery engine — ensuring equipment is stored, tested, prepared, dispatched and returned with consistency, accuracy, and speed.

* Planning and prioritising equipment prep in line with live project schedules and deadlines
* Driving stock accuracy, asset control and equipment reliability (HireTrack or similar systems)
* Implementing strong quality control processes to reduce errors and improve consistency
* Managing and developing the warehouse team (rotas, performance, training, standards)
* Owning warehouse H&S standards, safe systems of work, and best-practice compliance
* Improving layouts, workflows and SOPs to increase efficiency and reduce friction across the business
* Working closely with Projects, Operations, Engineering and Logistics to deliver seamlessly
Qualifications
What we’re looking for
* Experience in an AV hire / live events / technical production environment
* Strong understanding of professional audio equipment (video/lighting knowledge is a plus)
* Proven experience leading a warehouse or operational team in a fast-paced environment
* Highly organised, calm under pressure, and excellent at prioritising workloads
* A confident people leader who can set standards and drive accountability
* Comfortable with asset management / inventory systems and operational reporting
* Forklift licence and manual handling training desirable (not essential)
* Be part of a respected team delivering high-profile events and productions
* Take ownership of a key operational function with real influence on performance
* Drive meaningful improvements — not just maintain the status quo
* Work in a professional, collaborative, technically excellent environment
