To support all areas of the Warehouse and Transport Operation to deliver first a class customer service.
Working as part of a wider team across the operation to ensure that processes in all areas are followed to maintain a safe and productive environment in line with the customers site service level agreement.
This is a hands-on role that requires the ability to engage at all levels with good communication skills, working close with pears as well as managing and motiving a team of up to 20-30 colleagues to deliver targets to strict timelines.
Working any 5/7 Nights- 10pm-6am
SAFETY
1. Work with the local management team to drive and improve Health & Safety standards across the site and within the area of responsibility.
2. To ensure colleagues work as trained and commit to maintain a clean and safe environment reporting issues accordingly.
3. Actively participate in targeted Site Safety control measures and associated targets
OPERATIONS
4. To Deliver and be able to demonstrate a performance improvement in your areas of responsibility around waste and under performance.
PEOPLE
5. Resource maintained and available to meet full demand of the customer, this includes Recruitment, Colleague Development (upskilling), Engagement, Management of Holidays, Sickness and Absence.
