The Opportunity:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented EU27 Webstore Sales Manager to drive significant sales growth for our electronics and electronic security product lines, with a primary focus on the Amazon platform. This is a high-impact role for an experienced professional who thrives in a fast-paced e-commerce environment and possesses a deep understanding of online sales strategies within the European Union.

You will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive sales plans, optimizing product listings, managing advertising campaigns, and analyzing performance to maximize revenue and market share across Amazon's EU27 marketplaces and other e-commerce platforms. Experience with security electronics products is a significant advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

Amazon Sales Strategy & Execution:
Develop and implement strategic sales plans for our Tracking and PTT products across all relevant Amazon EU27 marketplaces (e.g., Amazon.de, Amazon.fr, Amazon.it, Amazon.es, Amazon.nl, etc.) and via company website.
Identify key growth opportunities and market trends within the EU27 e-commerce landscape.
Monitor competitor activity and adapt strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
Product Listing Optimization (SEO & Conversion):
Create, optimize, and maintain compelling product listings, ensuring high-quality images, accurate descriptions, relevant keywords, and engaging A+ content.
Conduct thorough keyword research to improve search visibility and organic ranking.
Continuously test and refine listings to maximize conversion rates.
Amazon Advertising & Promotion:
Plan, execute, and optimize Amazon PPC (Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display) campaigns to achieve sales targets and ROI.
Manage promotional activities (e.g., Lightning Deals, Coupons, Prime Day participation) to drive sales volume.
Analyze campaign performance and make data-driven adjustments for continuous improvement.
Inventory & Fulfillment Management:
Collaborate with supply chain and operations teams to ensure optimal inventory levels for all products across EU27 FBA (Fulfillment by Amazon) centers.
Monitor stock levels and proactively address potential out-of-stock situations.
Understand and navigate Amazon's fulfillment policies and requirements.
Performance Analysis & Reporting:
Regularly track, analyze, and report on key sales metrics, including revenue, conversion rates, ACoS, ROAS, and market share.
Provide insights and recommendations for optimizing sales performance.
Utilize Amazon Seller Central and other analytical tools effectively.
Customer Experience & Brand Reputation:
Monitor customer reviews and feedback, identifying trends and opportunities for product or service improvement.
Work with customer service to ensure a positive customer experience, which indirectly impacts sales.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Collaborate closely with marketing, product development, and operations teams to align sales strategies with overall business objectives.

Required Skills & Experience:
3+ years of proven, high-impact online sales experience specifically on Amazon within the EU27 market.
Demonstrable track record of achieving significant sales growth for electronics products on Amazon.
Strong understanding of Amazon's ecosystem, including Seller Central, FBA, and various advertising platforms.
Expertise in Amazon SEO, keyword research, and product listing optimization techniques.
Proficiency in planning, executing, and optimizing Amazon PPC campaigns.
Highly analytical with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams.
Self-starter, highly organized, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Fluency in English (written and spoken).

Highly Desirable (but not required):
Specific experience selling security electronics, especially Vehicle Tracking, Dashcam, and PTT products on Amazon.
Proficiency in additional European languages (e.g., German, French, Spanish, Italian).
Experience with other major EU27 e-commerce platforms (e.g., eBay, specialized electronics retailers).
