The Role
As the Learning and Development Administrator, you will play a vital role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the L&D team. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality administrative and operational support to ensure the effective coordination, tracking, and delivery of training and development initiatives across all Hartford Care locations.
Your work will help ensure regulatory compliance, maintain accurate training records, and provide essential support to both managers and employees through our Learning Management System (LMS). By managing the administrative demands of the department, you will enable the L&D Manager to focus on strategic development initiatives that enhance our people and services.
