Area Sales Manager - Mortars, Plasters & Insulation Systems

Area to be covered: North West & Yorkshire (ideally based Manchester or Leeds).
Remuneration: £35,000 - £45,000 + profit share bonus.
Benefits: negotiable car allowance & benefits packages.
Responsibilities
* Area Sales Manager position selling a high quality manufactured range of mortars, plasters and insulation systems.
* All of your time will be spent selling to key builders merchants & stockist accounts, developers, social housing, landlords, architects, specifiers and contractors with the likes of: Travis Perkins, MKM, Buildbase & Jewson.
* All back sold through the distribution channels.
* Target will be determined based on your experience.
* Will conduct CPD seminars.
Qualifications
* Must have sales experience in the construction industry.
* Would consider someone working within a merchant.
* Ideally from an insulation background, but would consider other building products.
* Ideally understand back selling through stockist & merchants such as: Travis Perkins, MKM & Jewson.
* Would consider a contractors & specifier route to market.
* Work as part of a close knit committed and dedicated team.
