A respected and multidisciplinary architectural practice is seeking an Intermediate Architectural Technologist to join its Student Accommodation team in Sheffield. The practice has a strong national reputation for delivering large, technically complex projects across various sectors including residential, retail, commercial, leisure, healthcare, and student accommodation.

Key Responsibilities
* Support delivery of student accommodation schemes from concept to completion
* Produce high-quality technical drawings, specifications, and construction packages using AutoCAD and Revit
* Coordinate with internal architects, engineers, and external consultants
* Ensure designs comply with UK Building Regulations and client requirements
* Attend site visits and contribute to design and technical meetings
* Maintain project documentation and follow delivery standards
The Ideal Candidate Will Have
* Several years of experience in a UK architectural practice
* Strong understanding of building regulations, construction detailing, and technical design
* Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit
* Methodical and organized approach to technical delivery
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills
* Proactive attitude toward problem-solving and professional growth
