The Role As a SEN Teaching Assistant, you’ll work closely with classroom teachers to support children with Autism, SEMH, and learning difficulties. No two days will be the same -you’ll have the opportunity to work 1:1 with pupils as well as supporting small groups, helping every child to thrive and reach their full potential. Part of your role may also include providing personal care. You’ll play a key role in making sure each child feels safe, cared for, and empowered to learn.
