We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Product Coordinator to oversee the full logistics and administrative process of couture and bridal gown production. Acting as the studio’s central link, you’ll coordinate with the Production Manager, Product Developer, pattern and machinist teams to ensure timely deliveries and adherence to the critical path. You’ll also manage stock and outbound orders in close collaboration with the warehouse team and coordinate alterations for the Davies Street, London bridal store.
Strong communication, organization, and IT skills (especially in Excel, PLM-Flex, and SAP) are essential. Prior experience in production or logistics coordination within a luxury or premium fashion/bridal brand is required.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
The role includes but is not limited to the following tasks:
1. Work closely with the Production and Product Development team in UK and Italy to coordinate production handovers to external manufacturers. Ensuring the production its planned in an efficient and cost effective and orders meet delivery deadlines.
2. Follow up on production timeframes making sure all gowns are collected from the manufacturer and delivered to warehouse.
3. Collate and log selling campaign orders as well as special production, ensuring data accuracy.
4. Coordinate repairs and alterations in the studio and ensuring work are completed in a timely manner and delivery back on time.
5. Coordinate with the Italian Supply Chain team the request of PO at every production run, making sure all SO are covered.
6. Create barcodes for each production run.
7. Supervise warehouse stock levels and support the logistic team in performing stock takes
8. Tag, bag up, and seal close completed garments when necessary for shipment to final clients.
9. Supporting with the creation of presentation and training materials such as seasonal selling books, lookbooks, price lists, etc.
10. Assisting during sampling and production fittings.
11. Check fabric and production availability (in house or with manufacturer) for rush orders requests.
12. Periodically issue MTM/Customisation orders list to the Pattern Cutting team.
13. Coordinate the timely and prompt deliveries of goods, ensuring all admin steps and all necessary information are provided to Warehouse, Customer Care and Accounts.
14. Sending samples and swatches when requested from stores.
15. Order office/studio/production supplies when necessary (including garment/plastic bags, and tissue paper, stickers, hangers). Manage relative PO.
16. Assist the wider Couture and Bridal team with any other tasks as required.
PROFILE & KEY SKILLS
17. Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar production or logistics coordination role, ideally within a luxury or bridal brand
18. Exceptional organizational and time management skills
19. Strong ability to multitask, prioritize tasks effectively, and meet tight deadlines
20. High level of accuracy and attention to detail
