Are you a strategic communications and marketing professional looking to make a genuine impact? As a communications and marketing consultant, you'll lead integrated campaigns while supporting strategy development and managing key stakeholder relationships. Working within a client-focused structure, you'll deliver high-quality client work with autonomy while collaborating with the client 'pod' lead, account manager, senior consultants, associates and creatives.
Develop and execute integrated communications and marketing strategies across multiple channels
Create compelling content, including press releases, messaging frameworks, and campaign materials
Conduct audience analyses, competitive landscape reviews, and performance evaluations
Support strategic development through research, insights, and creative campaign concepts
Manage media relations, including journalist outreach and coverage tracking
Collaborate effectively within our pod structure to ensure successful project outcomes
Minimum 6 years' experience in communications, marketing, PR or related field
Defence and security experience
Strong writing skills across multiple formats and channels
Experience in brand positioning and messaging development
Digital marketing knowledge, including social media and content strategy
Degree in defence and security (e.g., war studies, international relations), STEM subjects, english, communications, or related field
Project management
Professional qualification in marketing, communications, or PR
Experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms
