We are recruiting two additional Employment Specialists to join our award winning service. This role will be community based, working with clients with severe and enduring mental health needs, using the evidenced based model of Individual Placement and Support, supporting individuals into sustained paid employment.

Responsibilities
* Manage a caseload of clients with severe and enduring mental health needs to assist them in securing sustainable paid employment aligned with their preferences.
* Deliver the Individual Placement and Support (IPS) approach and provide person-centred advice and guidance to clients.
* Build positive relationships with local employers to enable clients to move into suitable employment.
* Work with individuals and groups across Bradford District Care Trust in collaboration with health and social care professionals within Community mental health teams, Primary Care Networks, and external agencies and employers.
* Work directly with employers to secure employment opportunities and provide ongoing support as needed for both service users and employers.
* Deliver contract Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) within an allocated team with appropriate autonomy.
Qualifications and requirements
* Experience in delivering employment support services, preferably IPS-based approaches.
* Ability to build relationships with clients and employers and work collaboratively across multidisciplinary teams.
* Understanding of the rights to work in the United Kingdom and sponsorship considerations as described in the job posting.
