Location: UKRI STFC, Oxford
Hours Per Week: Monday - Friday, 40 Hours
Job Type: Fixed Term / Full Time - 6 Month Contract

Duties include:
* Oversee projects and support reactive maintenance across the UKRI-RAL contract
* Plan and manage complex specialist projects as identified by the Senior Contracts Manager
* Review incoming projects and allocate internal staff resources
* Identify and interpret project design criteria and engage specialists and sub-contractors
* Engage sub-contractors and support the Commercial team in site surveys
* Ensure effective project planning, monitoring, and control
* Deliver projects within programme and budget
* Ensure compliance with all procedures and health, safety, environmental, and quality standards
* Manage and monitor sub-contractors
* Assist with scheduling, report preparation, and client meetings
* Maintain contractual records and compile H&S files upon project completion
* Manage Trainee Project Manager and promote best practices
About You
Technical Competencies
* Experience in a construction-based Project Management role
* Strong communication and management skills
* Experience delivering commercial projects up to £1mil
* Desirable: experience in the science sector
* Ability to manage multiple projects of varying scope and value
* Proficiency in MS Project and Microsoft Office
* Excellent presentation skills
Desirable Criteria
* Knowledge of NEC 4 contracts
* Knowledge of MEP systems
