LIMN Law Corporation invites applicants for a Legal Secretary position to join our team. The Firm, having been set up in 2018, has carved out a niche in Construction Disputes, and we are looking for a team member who is equally driven and highly motivated to join us.
Requirements
* Diploma in Law/Business or equivalent;
* IT savvy (MS Office, Outlook and Adobe etc);
* Good command of written and spoken English;
* Able to work both independently and in a team;
* Able to work in a fast-paced environment;
* Meticulous, a strong sense of responsibility and a positive work attitude.
Responsibilities
* Provide efficient legal and full administrative support to fee earners;
* Provide file and calendar management;
* Assist with file and office related financial matters; and
* Other secretarial or administrative functions as required.
