As a Relief Housekeeping Assistant with CrossReach, you’ll play an important part in daily life for older people, helping keep our home clean, safe and welcoming. What Your Day Could Involve
1. Cleaning bedrooms, bathrooms and shared areas to a high standard
2. Helping residents keep their personal spaces comfortable and well cared for
3. Working alongside a friendly and supportive team
4. Supporting new colleagues to learn housekeeping routines
5. Following Health & Safety and COSHH procedures
6. Taking part in training and team meetings when required
About You
You take pride in doing a job well and understand how important a clean, welcoming environment is for older people. You’re reliable, considerate and happy to help where needed. No formal experience is required, just a positive attitude and willingness to learn. Experience in a care or hospitality setting is an advantage.
You have basic computer skills, are a member of the PVG Scheme, and are comfortable working within CrossReach’s Christian ethos, helping to create a culture of respect, kindness and community.
