We are looking for a Project Manager with proven experience in delivering complex projects within the oil & gas industry, ideally involving drilling equipment or related systems.
This role is responsible for end-to-end project delivery, from initiation through execution to final handover, ensuring alignment with scope, schedule, budget, and customer expectations. You will operate in a fast-paced, international environment, working across multidisciplinary teams and engaging directly with customers and field operations.

Key Responsibilities
8. Lead full lifecycle project execution: planning, execution, monitoring, and closure
9. Act as the primary point of contact for customers and stakeholders
10. Manage project scope, schedule, budget, and risk
11. Coordinate technical activities across internal teams and external partners
12. Own and maintain detailed project schedules
13. Monitor financial performance, including cost control and forecasting
14. Lead project meetings and ensure clear communication and follow-up actions
15. Oversee project documentation and compliance requirements
16. Support mobilisation and field execution, including offshore activities when required
17. Ensure adherence to HSE standards and company policies
18. Manage project risks, issues, and claims resolution
Qualifications & Skills
Essential Qualifications
19. Certification in Project Management (., PMP) or equivalent practical experience
20. Proven experience in delivering full lifecycle projects in oil & gas or similar industry
21. Strong understanding of drilling equipment, systems, or related technical environments
22. Proven track record of managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects
23. Experience working with international clients and cross-functional teams
24. Proficiency in MS Office and project coordination tools
25. Strong understanding of technical documentation related to engineering projects
Desired Qualifications
26. Degree in Engineering, Project Management, or related discipline (or equivalent experience)
27. Experience in offshore environments or field service operations
28. Familiarity with project management tools (., MS Project, Primavera)
29. Knowledge of API standards related to drilling equipment
30. Offshore certifications (., BOSIET, MIST, medical clearance)
