Key Responsibilities: Oversee and manage a portfolio of insolvency cases, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. Conducting insolvency investigations and assessments. Managing case administration for a diverse portfolio of insolvency cases from inception to closure. Liaising with clients, stakeholders, creditors, and legal professionals. Preparing reports and documentation in compliance with regulatory standards. Qualifications And Skills: To succeed in this role, you should have: A minimum of 2 year’s experience working within insolvency.
