Network Engineer Analyst – AXA Group Operations

The Job
We are looking for a Network Product Engineer who will define, advertise and ensure the delivery of sustainable, robust and secure solutions. In close collaboration with Group Security, CTO and One Network Program, the Network Product Engineer will propose solutions at the right cost and bring business value to support corporate business and lines of business strategies.
Responsibilities
* Contribute and support a medium to long term product evolution and continuous product improvement.
* Manage the advisory, selection, design, secure build & integration for the products in scope.
* Facilitate communications and interactions between functional groups, AXA IT Services, strategic partners, and vendors.
* Ensure QOS delivery and support of solutions.
* Provide high‑level expertise support on products and services.
Qualifications
Experience
* Strong communication skills – listening, spoken and written communication, collaboration, and the ability to work in a global team.
* Openness and curiosity – a human relationship perspective that sees opportunities in situations rather than just problems.
* International profile – proven ability to work effectively in an international environment, with strong proficiency in English.
Technical Skills
* Experience contributing to large architecture, standardisation & transformation initiatives.
* Helps rollout new cloud infrastructure and connectivity to main providers (AWS, Azure, Google).
* Deliver L3 support for production.
* Experience managing CLOUD Network technologies (AWS, Azure, Google, Intercloud, Transit Gateway).
* Network Automation skills – Terraform, Ansible, Python.
Soft / Transversal Skills
* University degree (engineer profile) with +2 years’ experience in the Network domain in an international, matrix organisation.
* Understanding of today’s network and infrastructure challenges and trends, mainly at infrastructure and technical levels.
* Produce technical documentation and work instructions, including high‑level documents with a synthetic view.
