What you'll do:
* Handle complaints from customers, tenants, and stakeholders with professionalism and efficiency.
* Investigate issues, liaise with internal teams, and ensure resolutions are delivered.
* Keep accurate records and manage documentation.
* Help organise and attend social value events, representing the company in the community.
* Provide general admin support to keep the team running smoothly.
What we're looking for:
* Strong customer service experience-you know how to deal with people!
* Organised, detail-focused, and comfortable juggling multiple tasks.
* Previous admin or social housing experience is a bonus but not essential.
* Excellent communicator, both written and verbal.
* Confident attending events and engaging with a variety of stakeholders.
