Night Worker Full Time | Waking Nights | Supported Housing £14.35 per hour We are looking for a reliable and compassionate Night Worker to help ensure the safety, wellbeing and support of residents within a supported housing environment. Working overnight, you will provide a safe and welcoming service, respond to incidents, and offer practical support to vulnerable individuals. Key Responsibilities * Ensure the safety and security of residents, visitors and the building throughout the night. * Carry out regular patrols, welfare checks and property inspections. * Respond to incidents, emergencies and challenging situations, completing accurate reports. * Provide support, guidance and reassurance to residents when needed. * Maintain a clean, safe and welcoming environment. * Monitor access to the building and manage enquiries, phone calls and visitors. * Complete administrative tasks and maintain accurate records using paper and computer systems. * Report maintenance, health & safety and safeguarding concerns appropriately.
