Our Care teams are the superheroes of the business, supporting our residents and providing peace of mind to families that their loved ones are in the best of care. You will be working directly with Physiotherapists, Occupational Therapists and Enablement workers daily to achieve resident outcomes and work collaboratively with NHS professionals as part of a partnership working.
Key Responsibilities
The duties are varied, and no two days will be the same. Our residents are individuals, and they all deserve to be treated as such. Typical duties include:
* Assisting with personal care needs
* Facilitating participation in a wide range of activities that support health and wellbeing (arts and crafts, drama, musical evenings, gardening, shopping trips, social occasions)
