Our success is through Our People We are seeking to appoint an experienced and highly motivated Head of Learning
* Construction to join our exceptionally busy and professional curriculum leadership team.
If you are a current Curriculum Manager/Leader and interested in progressing your career, this is curriculum management role with strategic and operational responsibility for a diverse portfolio of construction provision, spanning multiple vocational pathways across the construction sector.
The successful candidate will bring a strong specialist background in construction, offering professional credibility, current sector insight and technical expertise to inform curriculum quality, employer alignment and learner outcomes.
You will operate confidently at management level
* Head of Learning, providing leadership across the full construction remit while maintaining a clear focus on quality, performance and continuous improvement.
You will have substantial experience in construction education, alongside a proven track record of leadership within Further Education.
A recognised teaching qualification, or willingness to achieve one (or equivalent) is essential, as is the ability to lead and develop teams, use data intelligently to drive improvement, and assure high standards across multiple vocationally aligned curriculum areas.
Your passion for the sector will be underpinned by strong experience in curriculum planning, quality assurance, team leadership, data led improvement, employer engagement and inclusive vocational education, ensuring provision remains responsive to industry need and delivers excellent outcomes for learners.
