Job Description:
Our client, a leading real estate private equity fund with a global reach, is seeking a highly motivated and analytical German speaking Analyst with a passion for real estate to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity to work on a variety of investment opportunities and make a significant impact on the industry.
As an Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting the investments team by:
* Conducting thorough market analysis and evaluating potential investment opportunities
* Preparing detailed investment reports and financial models
* Assisting with due diligence and negotiating transaction terms
* Monitoring portfolio performance and identifying potential risks
* Collaborating with other members of the investment team to achieve goals
Candidate Requirements:
* 1-3 years of experience in real estate investment banking or private equity
* Fluent German
* Solid financial modelling skills
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and German.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
* A Bachelor's degree in finance, real estate, or a related field
