We're looking for an experienced S/4HANA HCM Consultant to join a UK-based Aerospace & Defence S/4HANA Greenfield Programme. As an S/4HANA HCM Consultant, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping, designing, and deploying HCM functionality. You will collaborate with multiple teams, influence key decisions, and deliver solutions that enhance operational efficiency and drive business outcomes.
Responsibilities
* Design, build, test, and deploy SAP HCM solutions across Personnel Administration, Organisational Management, and Timesheet functionality
* Define and implement SAP processes to improve efficiency, quality, and control
* Act as a subject matter expert, providing guidance and support to project teams
* Deliver training sessions and workshops to share knowledge and best practices
* Develop and maintain documentation to support compliance and delivery
About You
* Expert in SAP HCM Personnel Administration, Organisational Management, and Timesheet functionality
* Strong knowledge of Human Capital Management applications and SAP Project Systems integration
* Skilled in stakeholder engagement, decision-making, and cross-team collaboration
* Experience working on large transformation programmes, ideally in Aerospace & Defence
* Proven ability to drive efficiency and deliver results in complex environments
* Must be SC Eligible
