Location: Dumfries
Contract: Full-time / Permanent – Monday to Friday 8.00am to 5.00pm
Are you organised, detail-driven, and ready to take ownership of inventory processes? We're looking for an Inventory Supervisor to support the smooth running of our busy warehouse.
In this role, you'll play a key part in maintaining accurate stock levels, investigating discrepancies, and ensuring everything is in the right place at the right time. You'll work with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) Advanced Warehousing and handheld scanners to keep operations running efficiently.
Don't worry if you haven't used D365 or operated a forklift before – full training will be provided for the right candidate
What You'll Do:
* Maintain and update stock records using D365
* Investigate and resolve stock discrepancies
* Perform cycle counts and expiry checks
* Use handheld scanners for receiving, picking, and transfers
* Help optimise warehouse space and organisation
* Process damaged stock and manage product rotation
* Operate warehouse equipment safely (FLT training provided)
* Support the wider team and keep the warehouse clean, safe, and efficient
What We're Looking For:
* A keen eye for detail and accuracy
* Comfortable with technology and learning new systems
* Strong organisational and communication skills
* Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach
* A team player who can also work independently
Desirable (training can be provided):
* Experience with D365 or other warehouse systems
* Forklift licence
* Familiarity with handheld scanning devices
* Knowledge of stock movements, location management, and cycle counting
