Job Description
3. Provide support to month end process
4. Assisting in the preparation of monthly financial reports
5. Managing accounts payable, ensuring all invoices are paid in a timely manner
6. Supporting the finance team in budgeting and forecasting activities
7. Reconciling bank statements and conducting financial audits
8. Preparing financial statements and reports for senior management
9. Assisting colleagues with ad-hoc financial tasks as required
The Successful Applicant
A successful Finance Assistant should have:
10. A degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field
11. Strong numeracy skills and attention to detail
12. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
13. Bookkeeping experience
14. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
15. A proactive attitude and the ability to work well within a team
