What Youll Do Support and troubleshoot servers, networks, VMware, Azure, and security systems Handle incidents via phone, email, and our ticketing system Manage patching, updates, builds, and routine maintenance Assist with vulnerability scanning and compliance tasks Install and configure hardware and software Occasional travel to client sites or data centres
What Youll Bring Experience in IT support or infrastructure Knowledge of Microsoft OS, 365/Azure AD, networking, and cybersecurity basics Strong communication and problem-solving skills Familiarity with VMware, SQL, or IP telephony is a bonus
