Role: Kitchen Supervisor
Location: Welwyn Garden City
Hours: 8am or 8.30am /9.00am - 2pm / 3pm term time only / 27.5 hrs a week
Salary: £14.61ph

Duties of a Catering Assistant:
1. Ensure the kitchen is kept tidy
2. Plan and order meals in accordance with agreed menus
3. Ensure all food is prepared
4. Plan delivery of any special dietary requirements
5. Communicate efficiently with pupils
6. Supervisor the Kitchen assistant
7. Lead Kitchen
8. Admin duties
9. Ordering stock
10. Meal prepping for the next week
11. Managing a team of 3 staff
12. Attention to detail
